i’m going to do this for a week and update

day 1: the first half of the workout was difficult but i could still do it but the last half was when i would start taking 3 second breaks about every 25 seconds

day 2: no difference yet but that is expected because it is only day 2. workout is still very difficult at the end

day 3: still no difference but workout is getting a little easier

day 4: extremely sore when i got to the part when i was on my back which is good because it means it is working
