I know this video is 2 years old, but I'm following along. I'm 55 and wanting to get toned. I don't need to lose weight though, so how long should the daily rest periods be between days. Just say I do my glutes, arms, and abs one day…how long should I wait for recovery?. Did I make sense????lol…thxs for the video, but I really need my question answered. ❤
