THE WORKOUT:

1. Warmup/Glute Activation (1min each x 2-3 sets)
-Normal – kick backs – side walk (left) – side walk (right) – normal

2. Hip Thrusts (12-15 reps x 4 sets)

3. Half Squats (12-15 reps x 4 sets)

4. Glute Push Downs (8-10 reps x 4 sets)

5. SUPERSET: Curtsey lunges + Single Leg Glute Bridges (20 reps each/10 reps on each leg x 4 sets)
