I'm not doing this particular workout but I'm following some other Chloe's workouts and I'm trying to slim down my thighs but I can't feel my INNER thighs. The outer is ok, I feel it burning but not the inner. I'm trying to get rid of a kinda "fat roll" that I have on my inner upper thigh but it's like when I follow her "slim thigh" workout I can't "reach" that muscle and therefore I can't engage it. ANYBODY HAS TIPS? If I can't engage it surely it won't slim down, am I right? T.T

This is the workout but as I said, outer thigh burning, inner almost nothing.. I know I should engage it but I don't know how, I don't think I have much control on that muscle to squeeze it or smth

Quick little thing since I am beyond confused and feel like giving up :
I'm currently a high school student with my parents and I've been following these workouts and I have lost weight but I feel like my diet has been a problem since I had lost a kilo within a week but ended up gaining another kilo in just 2 days. My parents are the ones cooking so I'm not sure how much goes into the food and I've been considering only eating once a day save for fruits in the morning. But then I worry that I won't be getting enough nutrients.
