ABOUT //
Katie Corio is a health and fitness expert and cover model based out of San Diego, California. She has a B.A. in Kinesiology from San Diego State, she’s a NASN Licensed Sports Nutritionist and NASN Expert Level Personal Trainer. Through Katie’s influence in the health and fitness space, she’s worked with companies such as Febreeze, Secret Deodorant, FabFitFun, Lorna Jane, Live Fit Apparel and 1Up Nutrition to name a few. She has gotten to work with many fitness magazines such as Muscle & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness HERS, Power Magazine and graced the cover of Oxygen magazine in 2018.

Katie is a former National NPC Bikini competitor, USPA Powerlifting champ and is now prepping to take on the WBFF stage in summer 2019.

My struggle right now is with my legs…they are muscular and ''bulky'' in my opinion and it seems that i've never been able to lean them out more. Also, my lower tummy. I did have a kid 7 1/2 years ago and had a c-section BUT I know many girls who have had c-sections and was able to get their tummy flat. Any suggestions? I'm in a caloric deficit, work out 6 days a week rotating abs every other day with 20-30 minute HIIT cardio sessions at least 4 times a week. higher carbs, lower fats is my diet.
