i finished my 30days butt workout just now! <3 and the results.. my hip went down from 96cm to 94cm. which i was abit shocked coz i was expecting it to be a bigger. lol however i compared the photo of my booty on day1 and day30, and i was SO HAPPY with the look of my booty!! i had a sagging butt and my buttline was slightly going down wards on day 1 but NOW, my butt is lifted and my buttline was going upwards my butt looked more rounder and my butt shape looked waaay better than before<333 thank you so much alicia and courtney <333 im so happy!!!!

Im on Day 19 and this totally works! I think its mostly with genetics of what the result will be because some may lose weight but still get a lifted butt and thinner thighs. This workout made my thighs bigger and my butt more lifted. I lost weight in my waist but defiently gained in legs because I can barely fit in my pants. It works though!
