This 27 minute booty band crazy, legs and glutes strong Reformer fun flow will use your CORE to stabilize you, challenge your balance & coordination & ultimately work that booty & those thigh muscles !

βœ… You need :
1 Reformer
1 Light weight booty band
1 Heavier weight booty band

Ok you guys, so I got a little crazy and decided to use 2 booty bands at once along with the Reformer! πŸ˜‚This relatively quick session is first off FUN, will challenge your coordination & balance, will use your ABS as stabilizers, and is heavy on booty and legs. There is lots of standing work, as well as CORE work and we don’t skip your lateral lines! πŸ˜‰Don’t worry, you’ll finish completely balanced! This is ALL ABOUT FUNCTIONAL FITNESSπŸ‘This will help you develop more core strength, more pelvic floor strength, and strengthen all the muscles in and around the pelvis to support a healthy, happy low back, a strong functional gate (walk, run), as well as correct posture when squatting down to pick something up, all these exercises will strengthen the hips and pelvis, so important to everyday functional living… besides give you a nice lifted, round booty !
I had quite a bit of fun coming up with this one, so grab your booty bands and have some fun with this one with me, it’s different !
