Russian Twists: 3 Sets X 40 Reps
Leg Raises: 3 Sets X 10 Reps
Hip Abduction Machine : 3 Sets X 10 Reps
Hip Abduction: Superset 5 Reps (Heavy Weight)
Hip Abduction: Superset 5 Reps (Light Weight)
Cable Mountain Climbers: 3 Sets X 10-15 Reps Each
Smith Machine Squats: 3 Sets X 10 Reps
Smith Machine Lunges: 3 Sets X 5 Reps Each
Superset 5 Reps Squats: Do this last rep slow
Weighted Decline Russian Twists: 3 Sets X 15-20 Reps
Weighted Decline Sit Up Extentions: Superset 10 Reps
Seated Machine Squats: 3 Sets X 15-20 Reps
Seated Machine Squats: 3 Sets X 10 Reps
Single Leg Seated Machine Squats: 3 Sets X 10 Reps
Ropes: Try doing for a minute or till youre burned out
Sauna: 25-30 Minutes!!
