I can't even begin to tell you the history I have had because of weak glutes. I had serious mobility problems and no one figured this out. I went to a multitude of pt's, trainers, biomechanical specialists. I finally figured it out for myself after spending a lot of $$ and a lot of pain and loss of time. People don't realize this muscle is usually the weakest and the most important. You are awesome for spreading this out there. Hope people take heed so they don't have to go through what I did.

I'm a big fan of glute workouts. I do at least 100 squats (with different leg positions, with and without weights) a day. At 50 plus, it's good to keep our glutes strong, as you mentioned. Great video!! Much love❤
