Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here’s a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 – 30 min total per day is a good amount!

So I'm doing this for a few days now and I even worked out through my soreness so I won't lose motivation and now the soreness are gone but I don't sweat as much and I feel like the routine I put together from your bids don't tire me as much..
