my ottawa goodlife has glute machine as well….it is easy to use…i mean setting up…compare to typical barbell setup….i also find that barbell hip thrust is more effective…but machine is easy…so I warm up with machine and go serious with barbell hip thrust……And i also add sm hypers to my exercise list….and i use bench….it gives me more movement….

I guess even with a hip thrust machine it still doesn't beat barbell hip thrusts if your form is correct.

Pls help!! My gym just recently got that new hip thrust machine and I find that it really digs into my hips especially when I put more weight on it?? Am I putting it in the wrong area or does it take some time to get used too? I really would like to utilize the machine since I hate setting up for barbell hip thrusts! Thanks Lucy 😅☺️
