I’m so glad you are here spending this time with me to really target your butt and your abs! Work hard with me for 2-3 rounds of 45 seconds per exercise so we can really challenge ourselves on each movement! I am using 20, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today but use weights that you feel comfortable with and are challenged by at your fitness level! I am in no way saying you should match my weight numbers, but I am pushing myself to do my best and I expect you to do the exact same!
