Hey loves! Here is the booty and leg workout for WEEK 2 of the Bikini Body Challenge. Remember to repeat this circuit 3x total for the full workout!

TODAY’S WORKOUT:
don’t forget to do a quick warm up before starting the routine! (Recommendation – 30 jumping jacks, 30 body weight squats, 30 high knees, 30 fire hydrants, each side)
1 minute donkey kicks, left side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute donkey kicks, right side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute fire hydrant to kick out, left side (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute fire hydrant to kick out, right side (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute squat hip abductors (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute sumo bouncing squats
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute calf raises
REPEAT x3

Wednesdays: Abs + Upper Body Video

Saturdays: Abs + Upper Body *REPEAT Wednesday’s video* & optional cardio

I’m finally getting back into working out after taking a year (postpartum) off, these workouts are INTENSE for me :/ if I can only do 2 sets at a time but finish my 3rd set later in the day, will that give me the same benifits?? Or do I just need to grab my cajonas and deal with getting through the whole workout 😩 I’m just worried about compromising my form :/ anyone?

There is no point in pushing oneself like this. This makes the recovery period very long, the lactic acid build up too much, the soreness becomes a major feature in body feeling and most importantly this is NOT sustainable. Moderate exercise which is consistent, and long term sustainable is a more healthier way to go.
