Today, we’re gonna continue to attack that booty with three minutes of super intense hip and side butt workouts. Yep. You can work out your side butt and fill out those hips while lifting and rounding your glutes. We are going to be doing some the best side butt exercises that can be done all at home and with no equipment!

Let’s finish strong you guys!! The moves are:

1. Fire Hydrant Kick
2. Fire Hydrant Lift

I really love her workouts,but this wonˋt fill those hip dips bc it trains the medius muscle which you donˋt want to grow(if you have love handles it will look more)unfortunately so many ppl do and show it wrong.
