This is the 3rd video of 4 that I do from Jen and this is my favorite by far. I have noticed increased flexibility, less back pain, and a more toned body even if it is only a slight difference I feel so much better when I do these. My regular routine is 4 videos from Jen in total the whole routine is about 45 minutes. I do all 4 videos 3-4 times a week and THESE DO HELP. THANKS JEN!

I have been doing sports my whole life,started martial arts about ten years ago.I have always dealt with back and hip pain on a bad level and since yoga has become a huge part of my life I am finding freedom and relief.I do this short exercise twice a day and want to say thank you so much for the help!

Hi, I'm 15 and have terrible posture. It's very noticeable and I feel like the hump back of Notre Dame my back has been like this for about 2 years. I started to get a terrible posture when I just turned 14, I started to notice it when I started playing a ton of video games ( tinyurl.com/y3osmws8 ) and I regret every bit of it. I would sit in a four legged chair in front of my TV leaning forward and now I feel like I will be like this forever! I need help. I ask my parents if I can go to a chiropractor but we just can't afford it. I don't in w what to do now. and to make it even worse I gained a ton of weight. hi weighed 120 pounds at age 14 and now at age 15 weighing 170. I just don't know what to do anymore… video games ruin lives.

I had bad pain in my legs after playing badminton one afternoon and though it will be okay next day. When I woke up next morning it was still paining so I did these streches and the pain was gone after. Thank you so much. It's a very good video, short and effective. I love it.
