Let's train our glutes (butt) 2 to 5 times a week for better results. Inaalternate ko to with the other workouts eh. Pero lagi may full body.
Example: Monday – Full body + Leg
Tuesday – Full body + Abs
Wednesday – Full body + Booty
Ganyan challenge ko sa sarili ko. Syempre depende parin sa schedule nyo how this fits. Let me know how often do you exercise. ☺
